Billing & Refund Policy

All payments are processed via secure third-party providers (e.g., Razorpay).

• Paid plans are billed on a monthly recurring basis unless stated otherwise
• All prices are displayed at the time of purchase
• Prices may be updated with prior notice for active subscribers

By subscribing to a paid plan, you:

• Authorize Echelon OS to charge your selected payment method
• Agree to recurring billing unless you cancel

• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle
• Renewal will occur unless cancelled before the next billing date

We do not provide partial refunds for unused time.

• You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings
• Cancellation will stop future billing
• You will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period

All payments are non-refundable, including subscription fees, partially used billing periods, and unused features.

Exceptions (as required under Indian law) — refunds may be considered only in cases of:

• Duplicate payments
• Unauthorized transactions
• Technical billing errors

• Prices may be inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes (e.g., GST)
• The final amount will be displayed at checkout

• If payment fails, access to paid features may be suspended
• We may retry billing automatically

If you believe you were incorrectly charged, contact us at system@echelonos.co within 7 days of the transaction. We aim to resolve all billing issues promptly.

We may modify pricing or update plan features. Users will be notified before changes take effect.
