Billing & Refund Policy
Effective Date: April 8, 2026. Echelon OS offers Free and Pro (paid) subscription plans. By purchasing a paid plan, you agree to this Billing Policy.
1. Subscription & Pricing
All payments are processed via secure third-party providers (e.g., Razorpay).
- Paid plans are billed on a monthly recurring basis unless stated otherwise
- All prices are displayed at the time of purchase
- Prices may be updated with prior notice for active subscribers
2. Payment Authorization
By subscribing to a paid plan, you:
- Authorize Echelon OS to charge your selected payment method
- Agree to recurring billing unless you cancel
3. Auto-Renewal
- Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle
- Renewal will occur unless cancelled before the next billing date
4. Cancellation Policy
We do not provide partial refunds for unused time.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings
- Cancellation will stop future billing
- You will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period
5. No Refund Policy
All payments are non-refundable, including subscription fees, partially used billing periods, and unused features.
Exceptions (as required under Indian law) — refunds may be considered only in cases of:
- Duplicate payments
- Unauthorized transactions
- Technical billing errors
6. Taxes (India Compliance)
- Prices may be inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes (e.g., GST)
- The final amount will be displayed at checkout
7. Failed Payments
- If payment fails, access to paid features may be suspended
- We may retry billing automatically
8. Billing Disputes
If you believe you were incorrectly charged, contact us at system@echelonos.co within 7 days of the transaction. We aim to resolve all billing issues promptly.
9. Changes to Plans
We may modify pricing or update plan features. Users will be notified before changes take effect.
